Material: Medicine Buddha beads. Agate
Size: 6mm approx.
Narrative:
Medicine beads have profound symbolic significance in Tibetan Buddhism. They are closely related to the blessing power of Medicine Buddha and are believed to be able to ward off evil, avoid disasters, protect health and increase wisdom. These beads are usually made of agate and engraved with circular lines or eye totems, symbolizing the understanding and protection of Buddhism.
In terms of usage, Medicine Buddha beads are often worn on the body, or used to decorate Buddha statues and ritual instruments in order to pray for the protection of Medicine Buddha. In addition, Tibetan medicine also combines Medicine Buddha beads with Tibetan medicine, believing that they have pharmacological effects that can regulate the body and mind and enhance spirituality. Some practitioners will chant the Medicine Buddha mantra and wear Medicine Buddha beads to enhance the effect of their practice.
This kind of beads is not only an important part of Tibetan culture, but also carries the profound heritage of faith and history. |
